Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking: The lead booker must be over the age of 18 at the time the booking is made. It is the lead bookers responsibility that all booking Terms and Conditions are adhered to and that all other members of the party are made aware of the terms and conditions. The booking and payment is considered the establishment of a legal contract.
Odli Glamping reserves the right, at all times, without statement of reasons, to refuse or cancel a booking.
Our Pods are strictly for a maximum of 2 persons, we reserve the right to terminate your holiday without refund should this condition of stay be breached.
Cancellation:
Should you cancel your stay more than 30 days before the day of check in, we will retain the non-refundable booking deposit (or 20% of the total of your stay if you’ve already paid in full).
Should you cancel your stay within 30 days of the start date, the balance of your stay remains payable.
In the event of cancellation of your booking by Odli Glamping – for any on-site health and safety or quality-related issue, you are entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid. You may also opt to change your booking to another date, subject to availability. Any additional cost relating to a change of dates would be payable.
In the event that Odli Glamping is forced to closed, you will be invited to choose new dates for your stay. Refunds will not be issued.
Date Amendments: If your stay is more than 30 days away, we will allow you to move your booking to an alternative date without any charge, subject to availability. Any additional cost relating to a change of dates would be payable.
We will not move booking dates, or change pods, within 30 days of the start of your stay.

Check In & Out Times:
Earliest check in is from 4pm and we kindly ask you to check out by 10am. We would encourage you to arrive during daylight hours wherever possible due to limited lighting at the pod site due to our rural location and associated planning restrictions.
Pets:
We unfortunately are unable to welcome any pets to Odli Glamping due to the proximity of our working farm. Anyone found to have brought pets onto site may be asked to leave site and pay a cleaning surcharge, in such cases no refunds will be issued.
Smoking:
Odli Glamping are NO smoking properties. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the pods, on the porch and in the hot tubs. This includes but is not limited to tobacco, vapes and cannabis. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to leave site without any refund. Please do not bring or light any candles onsite.
Keys:
If keys are damaged there will be a £5 replacement charge per key. Any lost keys will be charged at £100 as we will have to replace the key and the locking system for security reasons. We encourage guests to use the key safe provided to avoid taking keys off site.
Arrival/Departure:
Our Pods are available from 4pm on the day of arrival. Prior to arrival you will receive your code to enter your Pod. You will see your lock safe located next to your door. Your pin code given will give you access to the key. On departure pods should be left clean and tidy and vacated by 10am to allow us time to changeover the pods and hot tubs ready for the next guests!
Car Parking:
We offer free parking. Our pod site is car-free; all vehicles must be parked in the designated private guest car park. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s own risk, and we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage.
Please note that the pods are a short walk from the parking area and there is no road access or parking next to the pods.
Use of Pods:
The Pods shall be used as a holiday let only and for no other purpose.
Additional Visitors:
No additional family or friends are allowed on the site unless previously agreed.
Liability:
No responsibility is accepted by Odli Glamping for any accident, injury or mishap to persons while occupying the Pods, or whilst engaged in any activity therefrom. Odli Glamping will not be held responsible for any temporary or unexpected condition of the Pods or its services (water, electricity) as a result of extreme weather conditions or other factors out with their control.
Complaints:
Any complaints must first be referred to Odli Glamping during the booked period, by the customer, to allow remedial action to be taken as quickly as possible. It is essential that the customer contact Odli Glamping immediately if any problem arises, so that the Owner has the opportunity to resolve the matter as soon as is reasonably practicable.
CCTV:
We have an external camera in operation 24hrs a day covering the Car Parking area only.
Noise:
We don’t allow any amplified music or loud revelling that disturbs our other guests and local residents. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 8:00am. It’s really important to us that other guests have a peaceful break and are shown respect and all need sleep for tomorrow’s adventures! Anyone committing a nuisance or disturbing the peace may be asked to leave immediately and without a refund.
Rubbish and Recycling:
We are passionate about recycling and would ask that you comply by using our recycling facilities and use the correct bins provided.
Lost/Stolen Property:
Odli Glamping cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen property. Any personal items left in the Pods will be kept for 7 days, after which they will be disposed of.
Access to the Pods:
We reserve the right to access and inspect our pods at any time. Should any maintenance be required during your stay we will do our best to schedule this as appropriate.
Livestock:
Our site is surrounded by farmland so at times there will be livestock (inc horses) in the surrounding fields. Please admire the livestock from your side of the fence and not theirs, Odli Glamping can’t be held responsible for any accidents if you are in their field. We also ask that you do not feed any of the livestock.
Prohibited Items:
We have a zero-tolerance policy on all illegal substances. Anyone found to be in possession/found to have taken such substances will be asked to leave the site immediately (no refund will be issued), reported to the police and charged £100 cleaning fee if required. Fireworks are also strictly prohibited.
WIFI:
Wi-Fi on site is provided for your enjoyment. Whilst we are confident of our coverage we cannot guarantee the service/ signal strength or bandwidth. We will not be liable for the service if this becomes unavailable at any time for any period, nor for any loss of data or damage to the equipment you suffer as a result of using our service. You are using this service at your own risk. The lead booking name is responsible for the content that is accessed whilst your group is on site. Please do not misuse the Wi-Fi.
Firepit:
A firepit is provided to each pod for the use of our guests. The firepits are wood fired only. Guests own wood is not permitted. Fuel for the fire pits must be brought from Odli Glamping, and the firepit must be used in the designated area outside the pod for safety reasons. Please be aware that open fires are a hazard, particularly near wooden buildings and you should therefore use them responsibly. A lit fire must never be left unattended. Please do not collect any wood from the farm for burning. Occasionally, in extreme heat and dry ground conditions, we reserve the right to remove the fire pits from the site in the interest of safety.
Date Protection:
Any personal data requested and collected is solely for the satisfactory completion of the transaction between you as the holiday maker(s) and us as the supplier of the premises. Your information is never provided to any other party or entity and is only used in strict accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.
Hot Tub:
Please see our specific Hot Tub Terms & conditions below which forms part of this agreement.
To ensure the safe and enjoyable use of the hot tub, please read and adhere to the following safety rules and user instructions. Detailed hot tub information, including hot tub rules, can also be found in each pod’s Welcome Pack. By booking a stay guests are agreeing to read the information and to abide by our hot tub rules. We reserve the right to prohibit use of a hot tub at any time during a stay, without offering a refund, if we find that our hot tub rules have not been followed.
We charge £50 to empty and refill a hot tub during a stay if the water becomes contaminated. We will also make a charge if we have to remove broken glass from the hot tub or if products have been added (eg bubble bath or oil).
Repairs for any damage to the hot tubs/hot tub covers will be charged to the person who booked pod. If the cost of the damage exceeds the security deposit, an invoice will be sent to the person who booked, payable within 28 days.
IMPORTANT HOT TUB RULES:
Do not exceed the maximum number of bathers in the hot tub (up to a maximum of two guests only).
The hot tub cover must be in place and locked when not in use.
Children must always be supervised around the hot tub.
Bathers under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
No child under four should use the tub due to the risk of overheating.
Children must be able to stand on the bottom with their head fully out of the water.
Glass must not be taken into or on the hot tub (wine glasses, water glasses, glass bottles etc). Plastic glasses and cups are provided.
No candles, smoking or eating in or on the hot tub.
All hot tub users must shower before using the tub.
Do not wear body oil, creams, lotions or fake tan in the water.
Do not pour oil, soap or any other product into the water.
Don’t use the tub if the water temperatures exceed 40 degrees C.
NHS guidelines suggest that you do not use a hot tub while pregnant due to the risk of overheating, dehydrating or fainting.
Seek medical advice if you have a medical issue, for example heart or respiratory problems.
Do not use the hot tub if you have a rash or broken skin, have experienced diarrhoea or vomiting in the last 48 hours, have a fever or flu-like symptoms.
If you feel too warm, get out of the hot tub and take a break.
Take regular breaks when bathing in the hot tub to avoid overheating and dehydration.
Avoid dehydration when using the hot tub by drinking plenty of water.
Do not use the tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or sedatives.
Do not jump into or out of the hot tub.
Take care when getting into or out of the hot tub due to the risk of slipping on wet surfaces.
Any problems with the hot tub must be reported to Odli Glamping immediately, including any damage.
